    Orders

    Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

    We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

    Fulfilment

    All orders are produced and fulfilled via a third-party print provider.

    Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

    Liability

    Segment Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

    Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

  • All products are made to order.

    As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    - Your order number

    - A description of the issue

    - Photographic evidence

    We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    We are unable to accept returns for:

    - Change of mind

    - Incorrect size selection

    - Minor variations in colour due to screen differences

    This does not affect your statutory rights.

    Orders are made to order and typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. Orders are shipped via our UK production partner for speed and quality.
